Larry Huff

Larry has over four decades of professional experience, a decade in M&A and two decades providing professional business consulting services, specializing in the areas of business and personal planning. He works with a wide range of privately held business owners with revenues between $2 to $15 million. Many
of Larry’s clients come from the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and specialty contracting industries.

He specializes in sales, relationship management, and strategic consulting. With over 40 successful transactions, Larry’s clients have relied on his experience in market analysis, valuation, exit strategy planning, and negotiation to successfully help them transition out of their business. 

Additionally, he has attended countless leadership and business conferences, and personally founded several real estate companies and ventures.

Larry earned a Bachelor’s in Finance from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colorado. He is a licensed with the Colorado Real Estate Commission and a member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI).
