Dennis has more than 23 years of transactional experience in market preparation, deal structuring and negotiations, due diligence requirements management, and coordination of critical advisors to conclude a successful transaction. He has a special emphasis on the engineering/professional business services vertical. Dennis works with business owners in various industries, including proprietary product manufacturing, business-to-business services, wholesale distribution of value-added products, logistics and transport services, and residential contracting firms within the housing and commercial construction sector. 

He has experience assuring a seamless transition and selling process through meticulous preparation and execution. Dennis excels in building networks and fostering clear communication channels, which facilitate the successful completion of business transactions with the utmost integrity and honesty. His industry experience includes oilfield services, landscaping/plant operations, proprietary products manufacturing, IT consulting and services, housing and commercial construction services, and industry parts distribution. Dennis has extensive involvement in business sectors, including business-to-business,

direct-to-consumer, value-added distribution, manufacturing, and wholesale. 

Dennis earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State University and a graduate MBA from Daniels College of Business, University of Denver. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker at Colorado Real Estate Commission.
