Cindy Gomerdinger

Cindy Gomerdinger is the majority owner of Business Acquisitions Ltd and the sole owner of Gomerdinger & Associates, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in services for mid-size businesses and the business owner. Cindy has been a CPA for over 30 years. During this time her firm’s services have been focused on the success of their business clients, by providing long range strategic consulting and planning. This approach has included succession planning, preparing for 3rd party sales, internal transition planning, due diligence and tax planning. Expanding into business brokerage services through Business Acquisitions Ltd was a natural extension of these services.

Dan Marsh

Dan Marsh is a minority owner of Business Acquisitions, Ltd. and Senior Manager with Gomerdinger & Associates. He is a CPA by trade, who has a passion for helping clients build wealth and reduce their tax exposure by developing a proactive financial strategy. He has 20 years of experience as an Accountant and a CPA. A majority of that time has been spent in public accounting with experience in attestation, tax, and consulting work. His experience as Senior Manager at Gomerdinger has included significant counseling around software enhancement, SAS and cloud-based applications with the ability to use data analysis to help clients meet their profitability goals.

Grant Hamel

Grant Hamel recently joined Business Acquisitions, Ltd. as a management specialist with over 15 years of operations and project management experience.  He has worked in variety of industries where he has gained expertise in a vast array of administrative process and control systems and a deep understanding of organizational finances.  He manages all aspects of Business Acquisitions, Ltd. including finance and accounting, marketing, business development and public relations, operations and administration, growth and development, and sales and human resources. Grant has a passion for maintaining efficient and effective business operations and a proven commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and ensures these values are passed through every aspect of his performance.   

Patricia H. Williams

Patricia Williams brought with her over 25 years of experience in the management and operation of a variety of organizations when she joined Business Acquisitions, Ltd. as the owner in 2009. She managed all aspects of the business including finance and accounting, marketing, business development and public relations, operations and administration, growth and development, and sales and human resources.

Pat began her career in the Denver area serving as the Regional Administrator for a property management/sales company. She also held several positions for a national modular building sales and leasing company, finally serving as a Division Administration Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. Returning to Denver in the early 1980’s,

Kevin B. Waide

Kevin Waide joined Business Acquisitions, Ltd. in 2000 as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist and began serving in his current position as the firm’s Managing Director in 2009. Kevin has spent most of his career in the financial arena, both public and private. Immediately before joining Business Acquisitions, Ltd., Kevin was Business Development Director for a large public accounting firm for seven years in the Denver metro area, where he assisted business owners in better understanding their company’s financial condition. He accomplished this task by performing business analyses, tax reviews and operating valuations. During this period, he had the opportunity to meet and work with over 1,100 different business owners in Denver and its surrounding communities.

D. Erik Porter

Joining Business Acquisitions, Ltd. in 2012 as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist, Erik brought over 27 years of experience in sales and building business ventures across the pharmaceutical, technology and agro-ecology industries to the firm. Erik has been a founder and leader of three startup ventures that spanned a range of products and services. Erik’s extensive experience and success as an entrepreneur brings a unique lens to transitions of business ownership.

Prior to Business Acquisitions, Ltd., Erik served as Chairman, Board of Advisors for Waste Farmers where he provided leadership to the management team focusing on fundraising, marketing and sales for the company.

Larry W. Huff, Jr.

Larry Huff has been with Business Acquisitions, Ltd., since May 2013 as a Merger and Acquisitions Specialist. Throughout his varied career, he has gained expertise in sales and relationship management. He is a skilled negotiator and values creating transactions that are in the best interest of all parties involved. He brings a wide array of professional business experience and expertise to Business Acquisitions, Ltd. Since 1988 he has provided consulting services to business owners in a variety of industries. Working with business owners has given him valuable experience and understanding of the challenges of business ownership. Dennis A. Patten

Dennis joined Business Acquisitions, Ltd. in 2014 as a Merger and Acquisition Specialist with a diverse business background that incorporates entrepreneurial, financial and marketing expertise. From 1996 to 2014, Dennis was Executive Vice-President at International Business Group, Ltd., Denver (IBG) selling privately held companies. He has over 23 years of transactional proficiency in market preparation, deal structuring and negotiations, due diligence requirements management, and coordination of critical advisors for the completion of a successful transaction. Dennis has expertise in numerous business sectors including business-to-business, direct to consumer, value-added distribution, manufacturing and wholesale. His industry experience includes oilfield services, employment agencies, proprietary products manufacturing, IT consulting and services,

E. Douglas Hawkins

Doug joined Business Acquisitions, Ltd. as a Merger and Acquisition Specialist in 2016, bringing with him over 30 years of experience helping business owners prepare to exit their businesses at optimum value and improve bottom line results. He has worked with many privately held companies, helping business owners achieve their personal goals for their businesses. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the factory floor, Doug has led teams at all organizational levels and across many industries. His experience also includes major P&L responsibilities at Gates Rubber Company, a multinational automotive and industrial parts manufacturer with sales in excess of $2.0 billion. Doug also held numerous management positions responsible for mergers and acquisitions,

Dawn D. Warriner

Dawn Warriner joined Business Acquisitions, Ltd.  in September 2010 as the Office Manager. She immediately made significant contributions using her strong administrative skills developed over 26 years of experience. Her outstanding organizational skills, detail orientation and intelligence have resulted in her becoming an invaluable member of the BA team.

Her earlier careers included working as a paralegal in the real estate industry and working as a licensed real estate broker. More recently, she worked for a local custom home builder as their Office Manager and also worked as the Administrative Assistant for Mile High Exchangors, a local commercial real estate group. Gary D. Williams

Gary D. Williams was a partner with Business Acquisitions, Ltd. since December, 1991. He had been a Business Intermediary since 1987. He received his Mechanical Engineering degree with honors from Virginia Tech and his MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.

In addition to his commitment to Business Acquisitions, Ltd., Gary was very involved in several professional organizations including the International Business Brokers Association and the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries. He was also active in a number of service organizations including the Denver Cherry Creek Rotary and Boy Scouts and was a long time member of Greenwood Community Church.
