Dawn D. Warriner

Dawn Warriner joined Business Acquisitions, Ltd.  in September 2010 as the Office Manager. She immediately made significant contributions using her strong administrative skills developed over 26 years of experience. Her outstanding organizational skills, detail orientation and intelligence have resulted in her becoming an invaluable member of the BA team.

Her earlier careers included working as a paralegal in the real estate industry and working as a licensed real estate broker. More recently, she worked for a local custom home builder as their Office Manager and also worked as the Administrative Assistant for Mile High Exchangors, a local commercial real estate group. Her strong real estate background has served Business Acquisitions, Ltd. well.

As  the first point of contact with potential buyers interested in the companies that BA Ltd. has listed, she sets the tone that is so important to the success of the firm. She is responsible for all of the data and records for each client.  She provides general administrative support to the management of the firm including accounts payable, technology interface, managing listing files, assisting with marketing packages, coordinating the direct mail program and many special projects.

A native of California, Dawn received her paralegal degree form Palomar College.

Dawn spends her leisure  time with Jim, her husband of 23 years and their two children, Bret and Christine. She enjoys live music, dancing and the outdoors.
